Bio

I am in the French Management Committee in charge of Marketing and Partnerships. I am a core member of the BCG Healthcare, People & Organization and practices and I lead BCG People Strategy for Western Europe I have worked with numerous healthcare companies, biopharma and vaccine players, across R&D and industrial operations, supporting many leaders in large scale transformations at international level including digital journeys, target operating models, organization redesigns, project and change management. I am also an active member of the sustainable and citizenship internal collective leading our societal initiatives.
